The external cladding features a combination of EasyLap™ panels by James Hardie together with Horizontal Colorbond Custom Orb® corrugated steel cladding with custom detailing.
All windows and sliding doors are double-glazed to provide both accoustic and thermal insulation and the outside decking features 140mm Silvertop Ash.

My wife and I are interested in the total cost (fitted) of the Geelong West renovation/extension project as my wife and I are looking at doing something similar in the same region. We would also like to know what the extension and renovation included such as what the additions were and what was remodeled. Also, how many m2 and what level of finish the owners got for that price.
In our situation we’re looking to add an open plan kitchen/living/dining area to the back of the house which opens up to the north facing backyard as well as another bathroom.
